Limited Originator Recourse definition

Limited Originator Recourse means a reimbursement obligation of the Company in connection with a drawing on a letter of credit, revolving loan commitment, cash collateral account or other such credit enhancement issued to support Indebtedness of a Securitization Subsidiary that the Company’s Board of Directors (or a duly authorized committee thereof) determines is necessary to effectuate a Qualified Securitization Transaction; provided that the available amount of any such form of credit enhancement at any time shall not exceed 10.0% of the aggregate principal amount of such Indebtedness at such time.

Limited Originator Recourse means a reimbursement obligation to the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary in connection with a drawing on a letter of credit, revolving loan commitment, cash collateral account or other such credit enhancement issued to support Indebtedness of a Securitization Entity under a facility for the financing of trade receivables; provided, that the available amount of any such form of credit enhancement at any time will not exceed 10% of the principal amount of such Indebtedness at such time.
Limited Originator Recourse means a letter of credit, cash collateral account or other credit enhancement issued or provided for a similar purpose in connection with the incurrence of Indebtedness by a Securitization Subsidiary under a Qualified Securitization Financing.
