Limited Notice to Proceed definition

Limited Notice to Proceed or “LNTP” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

Examples of Limited Notice to Proceed in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall begin the Work within 10 days of the date set by the Owner in the written Notice to Proceed or Limited Notice to Proceed, as applicable, but in any event, the Contractor shall notify the Owner at least 24 hours in advance of the time actual construction operations will begin.

  • The Notice to Proceed or Limited Notice to Proceed, as applicable, shall state the date on which it is expected the Contractor will begin the Work and from which date Contract Time will be charged.

  • Contractor shall not proceed with any other, further or additional Work not specifically identified in the Limited Notice to Proceed, until SMUD has issued a Notice to Proceed as to all of the Work or a subsequent Limited Notice to Proceed as to some additional portion of the Work.

More Definitions of Limited Notice to Proceed

Limited Notice to Proceed or “LNTP” means a written notice, substantially in form as shown in Exhibit S-1, issued by Owner on or after the Effective Date to Contractor in accordance with this Agreement that is signed by both Parties and directing Contractor to commence the Work set forth in the LNTP in accordance with the terms of this Agreement in advance of the Notice to Proceed.
Limited Notice to Proceed means the written notice that Owner gives to Contractor authorizing Contractor to proceed with the Work in a limited manner in accordance with Section 3.2(a).
Limited Notice to Proceed or “LNTP” means any limited notice to proceed issued in accordance with Schedule H-1 and Section 5.2B, authorizing and requiring Contractor to proceed with the Work identified in such LNTP.
