Limitation on Activities of New GNC With respect to New GNC, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, cause or permit New GNC to (a) conduct, transact or otherwise engage in, or commit to conduct, transact or otherwise engage in, any business or operations other than those incidental to its ownership of the Capital Stock of General Nutrition Incorporated, (b) incur, create, assume or suffer to exist any Indebtedness or other liabilities or financial obligations, except (i) nonconsensual obligations imposed by operation of law or, (ii) pursuant to the Loan Documents to which it is a party and the Senior Subordinated Note Indenture.

  • Covered Activities means those land uses and conservation and other activities described in Chapter 2.3 of the HCP/NCCP to be carried out by the Conservancy or its agents that may result in Authorized Take of Covered Species during the term of the HCP/NCCP, and that are otherwise lawful.

  • Competing Activities means the same or similar services as Xxxxxx Xxx Ltd is providing to the Restaurant under this Agreement or other activities having a similar purpose.
