Lilly Product definition

Lilly Product means a Lilly ASO Product or a Lilly Non-ASO Product.
Lilly Product means a Fixed Dose Combination Product or a Non-Fixed Dose Combination Product that is, in each case, Controlled by Lilly or its Affiliates, including any such product that is sold by a sublicensee of Lilly or its Affiliates under the rights granted to Lilly under Section 2.2.
