LIHTC Project definition

LIHTC Project means a qualified low-income housing project as defined in and governed by Section 42(g) of the Code.
LIHTC Project means a project participating in NJHMFA’s Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
LIHTC Project means a Project to which MaineHousing has allocated low-income housing tax credits pursuant to Section 42.

  • If MFA determines, either through information provided by an Applicant or through MFA’s investigation, that any federally subsidized housing or LIHTC Project in which Applicant, or any Principal or affiliate of Applicant has an interest is in default of any material compliance matter, MFA may reject the Application.

Related to LIHTC Project

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Large project means, for purposes of the Soft Cost Ratio limitation in Section 3.F, a Project with more than 24 Housing Credit units.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking
