Lifting Services definition

Lifting Services means the lifting the Vessel or any Owner Property at the Marina by ABP;
Lifting Services means the lifting services including, the lifting by Travel Left, slipway, crane or other method of the Vessel from the water, lowering the Vessel into the water for the purpose of inspecting or hard standing the Vessel in the Hardstand Area or elsewhere within the Marina as the case may be.
Lifting Services shall include any services related to or arising from the use of Lifting Equipment, but shall exclude the sale of Lifting Equipment.

Examples of Lifting Services in a sentence

  • In particular, any terms and conditions specified by the Client on an order form or otherwise, shall not be binding on the Company and shall not apply to any Contract Lifting Services contract unless agreed in writing by the Company prior to the commencement of the lifting operation.

  • No other terms and conditions shall apply to any Contract Lifting Services contract entered into by the Company unless expressly agreed in writing by means of a quotation or otherwise between the Company and Client.

  • The Contract Lifting Services will be carried out in daylight during normal working hours unless otherwise agreed.

  • No contract is created before the Company accepts a written order for the carrying out of the Contract Lifting Services work.

  • At the Client’s request, the Company will provide the Client with any available information relevant to the qualifications and competence of the Appointed Person provided by the Company, who, in accordance with the relevant Regulations and Codes of Practice will have overall responsibility for the Contract Lifting Services under the contract.

  • The Client warrants that the Client is the owner or the authorised agent of the owner of the Contract Goods and is authorised to accept and does accept these terms and conditions for Contract Lifting Services.

  • Where all or any of the above circumstances do not apply, the Company may issue a revised quotation for the Contract Lifting Services.

  • The Client requires and authorises the Company to assume overall control of the Contract Lifting Services, to provide the Appointed Person and to plan, supervise, carry out and complete the Contract Lifting Services in accordance with the relevant Regulations and Codes of Practice including, where considered by the Company to be appropriate, to control and instruct the Client’s personnel involved in the work.

  • The Company will perform the Contract Lifting Services in accordance with the relevant Regulations and Codes of Practice.

  • With the permission of the Client, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Company may arrange for the Contract Lifting Services, or any part of the work, to be carried out by agents, sub-contractors or independent contractors who, for the purposes of the contract shall be regarded as the Company and whose rights against and liabilities to, the Client shall be the same as those of the Company under these contract terms and conditions.

Lifting Services means the inspection, testing, examination, maintenance, repair and other associated services supplied by the Company relative to Lifting Equipment and as more particularly specified in the Quotation.

Related to Lifting Services

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

  • Competing Services means to provide, manage, supervise, or consult about (whether as an employee, owner, partner, stockholder, investor, joint venturer, lender, director, manager, officer, employee, consultant, independent contractor, representative or agent, or otherwise) any services that are similar in purpose or function to services you provided to the Company in the two year period preceding the termination of your employment, that might involve the use or disclosure of Confidential Information, or that would involve business opportunities related to Relevant Products.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Transportation Services means travel assistance given to an individual

  • Monitoring Services shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Telecommunication Services means the offering of Telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Nursing services means the provision of individual-specific advice, plans, or interventions by a nurse at a home based on the nursing process as outlined by the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Nursing services differ from administrative nursing services.
