Lifeline service definition

Lifeline service means discounted telephone service available to eligible low-income residential customers.
Lifeline service means a retail local telecommunications offering for which qualifying low-income consumers pay reduced recurring charges for universal service.
Lifeline service means service to Single family Residential Customers who are sixty-two (62) years or older.
