Lifeguard definition

Lifeguard means a person defined in paragraph (5) of subdivision (d) of Section 241.
Lifeguard means an individual who has successfully completed a recognized lifeguard training course, holds a current certificate for such training, has met the pre- service requirements, and is participating in continuing in-service training requirements of the facility.
