Life of Plan definition

Life of Plan means duration of the Plan. From the end day of the Subscription Period following realization of all investment proceeds raised till the close of Subscription Period, the Life of the Plan may start anytime within or no later than four (4) four business days from the close of Subscription Period.

Examples of Life of Plan in a sentence

  • Any dividend announced before (Commencement of Life of Plan) will either be reinvested or paid as cash dividend as chosen by the unit-holder.

  • However after the commencement of Life of Plan, the unit-holders may redeem the said units (subject to applicable back end & contingent load) as specified in Annexure B).

  • Capital Preservation is for the units held within Plan till thirty six (36) months & beyond from commencement of Life of Plan.

  • Any dividend announced for Class “A” units will be given in the form of cash dividend, after deduction of (any applicable duties & taxes) during the Life of Plan.

  • Term/ Duration of the Allocation Plan: The duration of the plan is Twenty Four (24) Months from commencement of Life of Plan.

  • Any dividend announced for Class “A” units will be given in the form of cash dividend, after deduction of (any applicable duties & taxes) during the Life of Plan.Any dividend announced before (Commencement of Life of Plan) will either be reinvested or paid as cash dividend as chosen by the unit-holder.

  • The final count is held in the district electoral office and may continue for up to three days.

  • However after the completion of twenty four (24) months & beyond from commencement of Life of Plan no Back-end Load (Deferred Sales Load) & Contingent Load shall be charged on redemption.
