Life Insurance Proceeds definition

Life Insurance Proceeds means the net amount of cash proceeds actually received by Systems or the Company as a result of the Employee's death, which are: (1) not pledged by Systems or the Company to secure any indebtedness of Systems or the Company; and (2) not required to be paid by Systems or the Company to other Persons by any contract entered into by Systems or the Company prior to the Employee's death.
Life Insurance Proceeds means any benefit payable on the death of a Member of this Plan under an insured life insurance program sponsored by the Employer, other than any additional benefit attributable solely to a member’s death from accidental causes (whether or not occurring in the line of duty).
Life Insurance Proceeds means the aggregate cash proceeds of any key man life insurance policy received by Borrower or any Guarantor.

  • Beneficiary or Beneficiaries means the person or persons designated to receive the Life Insurance Proceeds.
