Lieu days definition

Lieu days. Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Clause 17.3, the time off granted per lieu day will be equivalent to the regularly-scheduled shift in effect at the time.

Lieu days. Where an employee is granted a lieu day pursuant to Article 15, the time off granted will be eight hours per lieu day for a full-time employee and prorated for a part-time employee.

Examples of Lieu days in a sentence

  • Lieu days earned pursuant to this clause shall be scheduled by mutual agreement.

  • Banking Days means day(s) on which banks are open for the transaction of business in London, England, New York, New York and Rotterdam, The Netherlands;
