A final compliance inspection report from the approved inspector stating all Work has been satisfactorily completed; Contractor’s Lien Release and the Borrower’s Letter of Completion must be received by the Lender within two (2) weeks of completion or One Hundred Eighty (180) days from the date of the note, whichever is earlier.
Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Authority, at the cost and for the account of StadCo, from obtaining and filing, at StadCo’s expense, a Lien Release Bond, in the event StadCo fails or refuses to furnish the same within said thirty (30)-day period (or such longer period as is reasonably necessary to procure such bond but not to exceed sixty (60) days), in which event StadCo shall reimburse the Authority for the premium on such bond plus interest at the Default Rate.
