Lien Documents definition

Lien Documents means the Pledge and Security Agreement and any other instruments, documents and agreements delivered by or on behalf of the Company in order to grant to, or perfect in favor of, Xxxx, a lien on any real, personal or mixed property of the Company as security for the obligations of the Company pursuant to this Agreement and the Transaction Documents.

Lien Documents. As Secured Party deems necessary, each Grantor shall execute and deliver to Secured Party, or have executed and delivered (all in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Party), any agreements, documents, instruments and writings, required to evidence, perfect or protect Secured Party's lien and security interest in the Collateral required hereunder.

Lien Documents means those documents described in Section 4.2 of Exhibit K to the Housing Program (“Declaration of For-Sale Restrictions”) to be executed by the purchaser of each For-Sale Owner Affordable Housing Unit.

Examples of Lien Documents in a sentence

• All obligations of the owners of For-Sale Owner Affordable Housing Units with respect to the resale of For-Sale Owner Affordable Housing Units, including occupancy priorities and resale procedures, are contained in the Second Lien Documents.

• In connection with any matter under this Agreement requiring a vote of holders of Parity Lien Debt, each Series of Parity Lien Debt will cast its votes in accordance with the Parity Lien Documents governing such Series of Parity Lien Debt.

• Holdings shall not have any obligations or liabilities other than under the Second Lien Documents, the Loan Documents or other obligations or liabilities expressly contemplated by this Section 8.18.

More Definitions of Lien Documents

Lien Documents means the First Lien Documents and the Second Lien Documents.

Lien Documents means the Loan Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement), the Indentures, the Subsidiary Guarantee Agreements and the Additional Lien Documents and other documents governing the Obligations.

Lien Documents means the Pledge and Security Agreement and any other instruments, documents and agreements delivered by or on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates in order to grant to and perfect in favor of Macquarie a security interest in and lien on the Renewables Credit Support as security for the obligations of the Company pursuant to this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.

Lien Documents means the Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgage, the Deposit Account Control Agreement, the Equity Pledge Agreement and any other instruments, documents and agreements delivered by or on behalf of the Company and its Affiliates in order to grant to and perfect in favor of Aron a security interest in and lien on all real, personal or mixed property of any nature of the Company and its Affiliates (subject to customary exclusions acceptable to Aron) as security for the obligations of the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the other Transaction Documents and the Master Agreement.

Lien Documents means the ABL Loan Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement.
