Licensor Territory definition

Licensor Territory means worldwide other than the Licensee Territory.
Licensor Territory means (i) the United States and the Out-Licensed Territory, (ii) each Major Market with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by Licensor pursuant to Section 12.2.2, and (iii) each Region with respect to which this Agreement is terminated by Licensee pursuant to Section 12.3.2.
