Licensor Site definition

Licensor Site means the Internet website maintained by or on behalf of the Licensor from which the Software is available for download pursuant to the Agreement. The Licensor Site is currently located at xxx.xxxxxx00.xxx , xxx.xxxxxx00.xx, xxx.xxxxxx00.xx, and all other Bitrix24 domains.
Licensor Site means the world wide web site entitled ZDNet and any successor thereto.
Licensor Site means Licensor's World Wide Web site currently located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.

  • If Company is using a Licensor Site outside Taiwan for the Company Secondary Site, the Parties shall use reasonable efforts to align and coordinate the manufacture schedules of such site, and such site shall fulfil the Parties’ orders through an allocation reasonably determined by Company taking into consideration demand and upstream supply requirements.

  • Click-throughs from head lines of stories which are not Licensor Premium Content shall go directly on a page on the Licensor Site containing the full text of that story.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Licensor in its sole discretion may at any time cease to operate either or both of the Licensor Sites at any time during the Term and that this Section 3.1.2 shall apply only during periods in which Licensor is operating a Licensor Site.

  • Licensor agrees that it will not disable the "Back" button on the Internet browsers of Users who click-through to Licensor Site from any link on the Yahoo Properties specified in this Agreement or otherwise interfere with the normal navigational functionality of such Internet browsers.

  • The goal of the parties is to generate a relatively equal amount of page views on the Yahoo Cobranded Pages, on the one hand, and the pages on the Licensor Site which are visited by users through the links on the Yahoo Cobranded Pages, on the other hand.

  • During the Term, Licensor must place a "Back to Yahoo" ----------------- graphic link above the fold on those pages of the Licensor Site to which Users click-through from any link on the Yahoo Properties specified in this Agreement.

Licensor Site has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Licensor Site. A Site owned or controlled by Licensor which is in existence on the date a Search Area Request is received from Licensee.

Related to Licensor Site

  • Licensed Site means a place in any authorised street at which street trading may be engaged in by a Licence Holder, and includes any temporary alternative place approved by the Council or a duly authorised Officer of the Council.

  • Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents, the Licensor Know-How, Licensor Materials, Product IP, and Licensor’s rights in the Program IP and Joint Patents.

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Licensed service area means the geographic area in which the home service provider is authorized by law or contract to provide commercial mobile radio service to the customer.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Licensed producer means a person or entity licensed to produce medical cannabis.

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.
