Licensor Party definition

Licensor Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.4.
Licensor Party means one of the Parties, as the context requires, in its capacity as a grantor of Licensed Intellectual Property Rights to another Party pursuant to the terms hereof.
Licensor Party means a Party in its capacity as the licensor or grantor of any rights or licenses granted by it to the other Party pursuant to Section 8.10.

  • Each Licensor Party other than Licensor is an express third party beneficiary of this Agreement.

  • In the event that such Licensor Party is not permitted under Law to terminate this Agreement such that the licenses with respect to all the Patent Rights under this Agreement are terminated, then the Parties agree to construe this provision to permit such Licensor Party to terminate only the licenses to that portion of such Patent Rights with respect to which such Licensor Party may terminate consistent with Law.

Licensor Party means the PARTY who is or is to grant a license to PATENT RIGHTS hereunder.
