Licensing Rules definition

Licensing Rules means Section 301 of the Act, Sections 1.903(a) and 1.949(a) of the Rules, the Universal Licensing System Orders, and other Communications Laws that prohibit the use or operation of a wireless radio station without a valid Commission authorization or in a manner inconsistent with such authorization.
Licensing Rules means those rules promulgated by the authority in respect of any trade or business to be engaged in or carried on in the Centre;
