Licensing Program definition

Licensing Program means the program under which DAS grants Technology Licenses to Sublicensees, as described in more detail in Article 5.
Licensing Program means the program for licensing elevator contractors, elevator inspectors, and elevator mechanics established under this section and sections 7 through 16 of this chapter.
