Licensing Act definition

Licensing Act means the individual statue or regulations, or both, of each regulated profession or occupation which includes, but not limited to, board governance, the qualifications and requirements for authorization to practice, prohibitions, and disciplinary procedures.
Licensing Act means the Liquor Act 1992 (Qld), the Gaming Machine Act 1991 (Qld) and any other Act or Regulation which regulates, deals with or prohibits gaming or the sale or consumption of liquor. (ii) Relevant Licence means a licence, permit, consent, approval or permission under aLicensing Act.
