Licensee Party definition

Licensee Party means one of the Parties, as the context requires, other than the Licensor Party, to whom Licensed Intellectual Property Rights are granted from the Licensor Party pursuant to the terms hereof.

Licensee Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

Licensee Party means, with reference to either Party’s Intellectual Property or Marks, the Party that is licensing such Intellectual Property or Marks from the Licensing Party hereunder.

• Neither a Licensee Party nor an Authorized Manufacturer shall provide Product Labels to any other entity unless (a) the label is attached to a unit of Label-Required Product in accordance with the requirements of this License Agreement or (b) the other entity is a Licensee Party or an Authorized Manufacturer.

Licensee Party means a Party to this Agreement is receiving from the other Party to the Agreement a license to IP.
