Licensee Fee definition

Licensee Fee means and include all such charges detailed and described in clause 3 of the agreement.

Licensee Fee means, the sum of money payable monthly by the licensee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the license in respect of the said premises.

Licensee Fee means an amount of the Full Price Service Fee Revenue paid to GDSA by Licensee for so long as this Agreement remains in effect. • Upon receipt of Licensee Fee from Licensee, Balsamiq will (a) supply the Licensee with the Product via electronic download; and (b) provide Software Maintenance as defined in Clause 6 below.

• Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement Licensee is responsible for the full payment of the Licensee Fee if the Exhibit Space is not re-sold by Licensor at no less than License Fee and terms stated in this Agreement.

• The Licensee’s right to a refund of the Licensee Fee from the PSL Agent set forth in this Section 11(a) of this Exhibit C is the Licensee’s sole and exclusive remedy for StadCo’s failure to commence or complete construction of the Stadium or for the unavailability of the Seat(s).

• Upon payment of the Licensee Fee and other applicable fees, Rampiva will issue to the Licensee a Rampiva License Key that enables the use of the Product for the remainder of the License Term.

• If Licensee does not prepay the Licensee Fee, it will be invoiced upon account setup at the appropriate tier.
