Licensed Works definition

Licensed Works means the works listed on Schedule C attached hereto, as amended from time to time, and other works of authorship or information fixed in any tangible medium of expression relating to the Game, including the development, operation and/or promotion of the Game.

Licensed Works means the online version of each of Licensor's journals for which the Licensee holds a current institutional subscription for online access or which includes online access;

Licensed Works means any and all GP materials, including but not limited to any and all scripts, tools, test plans and computer code, and any other materials or information of GP made available to Evaluation Laboratory in connection with this Agreement or otherwise, any intellectual property rights therein, and all related documentation, including any subsequent updates, revisions, Improvements, and enhancements of some or all of the Licensed Works, that GP has developed or may develop in the future and may make available.

Examples of Licensed Works in a sentence

• The Licensee acknowledges that access to the Licensed Work(s) under this Agreement is conditional upon the Licensee completing the Online Registration Materials.

• We reserve all rights relating to the Licensed Works that are not expressly granted under these Licence Conditions.

• Under no circumstances will We be liable to You for special, consequential, direct or indirect loss, damage, harm or injury suffered or incurred by You as a result of the use of the Licensed Works or Online Service.

• Some Existing Works are subject to a separate license agreement (Existing Licensed Works).

• Unless the copy is used for the purposes of submitting a tender in the ordinary course of Your business, You may not copy, store, distribute or transmit copies of the Licensed Works.

More Definitions of Licensed Works

Licensed Works means the licensed databases as set out in the Regional Network/Subscriber Agreement and others as may be added from time to time.

Licensed Works means those third party licensed software or programs individually and collectively, including any derivative thereof, which are incorporated into or used in providing the Services, including, without limitation, Oracle, SAP Business Objects, Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.

Licensed Works means the Proprietary Misys Connect Software and the Proprietary Misys Connect Software Documentation.
