Licensed Transmission System Operator means the Licensee and each other
Licensed Transmission System Operator means Oman Electricity Transmission Company S.A.O.C. having its postal address at PO Box 881, Postal Code 113, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

  • In either case, where the relevant hourly data is not reported or otherwise provided, OPWP shall estimate BSMh or Th using (i) daily data and representative hourly profiles provided by the Licensed Transmission System Operator or (ii) such other reasonable method as it sees fit.

  • The Licensee shall submit all Available Generation Units forming part of the Production Facilities to Central Dispatch by the Licensed Transmission System Operator for the Grid, provided that the Licensee shall not be required to so submit any such Available Generating Unit where the Registered Capacity of such Generation Unit, in accordance with the Grid Code, is less than 5 megawatts.

  • The Licensee shall cooperate with each Licensed Transmission System Operator in ensuring that all appropriate Ancillary Services are obtained on an Economic Purchase basis and, in contracting for the provision of Ancillary Services, the Licensee shall take account of Ancillary Services which each Licensed Transmission System Operator requires and those which the Licensed Transmission System Operator has contracted for.

  • The Authority shall have the right to oblige any Licensed Transmission System Operator or Licensed Distribution System Operator to offer terms for Connection of the Rural Premises to his System, and the Authority shall decide, after consultation with the applicant for Connection, Connect the Rural Premises to the System of the Person who offers the best terms in which case the Rural Premises shall be Supplied by the Licensed Supplier in whose Authorised Area the Rural Premises are or would be situated.

  • Condition 8: Provision of information to Licensed Transmission System OperatorThe Licensee shall furnish to the Licensed Transmission System Operator for the Grid, in such manner and at such times as the Authority may direct, such information as the Authority may consider necessary to enable such Licensed Transmission System Operator to perform the functions assigned to it by the Sector Law or its Transmission Licence.
