Licensed Tools definition

Licensed Tools means any and all software provided by Prodigy (whether produced by Prodigy or licensed to Prodigy by a Third Party) that facilitates the modification (either in appearance, performance or content) of the Customized Client.
Licensed Tools means the tools used to generate the Sonics Licensed Core as described in Section 2 entitled “Deliverables,” of the Technology Schedule.
Licensed Tools means those software tools used in the Licensee Business as of the Effective Date that are included within the term "Contributed Assets" as defined in the Licensee Contribution Agreement, and direct extensions to, modifications of, improvements on, or successor tools that fulfill a similar or enhanced function to those software tools.

Licensed Tools means sample code and developer tools clearly designated for use for development purposes.
Licensed Tools shall include product chemistry systems, proprietary manufacturing systems, development methodologies, and documentation that encompass or incorporate or are based on any of the SolplaxT Technology, but do not include products, and services that result from "Authorized Use" of the SolplaxT Technology. Licensed Tools specifically excludes Licensee implementations of the SolplaxT Technology.

Licensed Tools means those tools set forth in the Statement of Work.

Related to Licensed Tools

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Development Tools means the development kits, programming tools, emulators and other materials that may be used in the development of Games under this Agreement.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) (1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and (2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
