Licensed Territories definition

Licensed Territories means the Exclusive License Territory and Non-Exclusive Territory. The "Exclusive Licensed Territory" shall mean Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong-Kong, and Macao and the 'Non-Exclusive Licensed Territory"., shall mean the other countries of Southeast Asia listed in Appendix A.

Licensed Territories means the entire world.

Licensed Territories means (i) those Operational Territories set forth on Exhibit G and (ii) any additional Operational Territories added to this Agreement pursuant to an addendum to this Agreement entered into by both Parties, which addendum may include additional terms and conditions specific to any such additional Operational Territory.

Examples of Licensed Territories in a sentence

• The license granted hereunder shall not be deemed to authorize Licensee to use the Licensed Program in additional or multiple Licensed Territories unless indicated in Schedule B hereto.

• Licensee agrees that it will not distribute, manufacture, sell or market either directly or indirectly the Product outside of the Licensed Territories.

• DECE reserves the right to require existing Licensees to upgrade existing Licensed Roles to the current UltraViolet License Agreement in order to add new Licensed Territories to such role.

• You hereby elect to participate in the Ecosystem on the terms and conditions set forth in the UltraViolet License Agreement in the Licensed Roles and Licensed Territories selected below.

• Subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a perpetual (except as provided in paragraph 10 below), non-transferable (except as provided in paragraph 9 below) and irrevocable exclusive license, including the right to sublicense, for the Licensed Territories (the “License”) to make, use and sell the Products utilizing the Licensed IP Rights in the Licensed Territory.

More Definitions of Licensed Territories

Licensed Territories means the countries in which LICENSED PATENTS are in existence.

Licensed Territories mean Exclusive Licensed Territory and Non-Exclusive Licensed Territory.

Licensed Territories means Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, South Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, Japan, United Kingdom, and the United States and any other country and/or territory in which Licensor has or may acquire any intellectual property which hereafter becomes incorporated as a Licensed Patent as set forth in Exhibit A, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Licensed Territories means global region.

Licensed Territories means France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Lxxxxxxxxxxx, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United States, the United Kingdom and any other countries where Valid Claims exist.

Licensed Territories means (i) those Operational Territories set forth on Exhibit G and (ii) any additional Operational Territories added to this Agreement pursuant to an addendum to this Agreement entered into by both Parties.

Licensed Territories means the United States and its Territories, and all other jurisdictions in which one or more of the Licensed Patents have issued and remain in effect at any time during the term of this Agreement.
