LICENSED T CELL PRODUCT means any T cell product comprised of or containing ENGINEERED T CELL RECEPTORS (a) the manufacture, use, offer for sale, import or sale of which would, but for the grant of the licenses herein, infringe or be covered by one or more valid claims of a patent that is within the LICENSED PATENTS, (b) used with a LICENSED T CELL METHOD, or (c) produced, processed or otherwise manufactured using or with a LICENSED T CELL METHOD.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Licensed Territory means worldwide.
