Licensed Systems definition

Licensed Systems means all products and systems developed by or for Company which are licensed, sold, distributed, or otherwise transferred by Company to third parties.

More Definitions of Licensed Systems

Licensed Systems means the each computer program and associated documentation, manual and report. Including each copy, translation, update, or modification of all or any part of Licensed Software, in any medium, delivered to or made by the LICENSEE in accordance with the provisions of this License.

Licensed Systems means, collectively, (a) each System with respect to which the Partnership performs certain services pursuant to a Phase I Services Agreement and (b) each System which enters into a License Agreement and Services Agreement and, individually, any one of the foregoing Systems.
