Licensed System definition

Licensed System means, collectively:
Licensed System means a sound broadcasting network or system or any part thereof which the Licensee is authorized to construct, operate and maintain in terms of this Licence;
Licensed System means any apparatus, assembly, device, or structure for producing or using a Licensed Product, with or for use with (or without) other accessories.

  • The Customer must not reverse assemble or reverse compile or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to reverse assemble or reverse compile the whole or any part of the software or any products supplied as a part of the Licensed System.

Licensed System means Licensor’s then-current reservation system pursuant to which Licensor offers inventory of vacant rooms to the public.
Licensed System means transmission systems, switching or routing systems and other resources that permit the conveyance of signals either by wire, by radio, by optical or by other electromagnetic means, that the Licensee is authorized to construct and operate by virtue of this License.

Licensed System means the specific computer or computer system on which the Software under this Agreement is intended to run.
Licensed System means the Telecommunication Systems which are in existence and operational or installed or otherwise provided, maintained and/or operated by the Licensee now and at any time and from time to time for the purpose of providing Licensed Services by whatever means;
Licensed System means the collective term for a final product comprising Revised Object, the EFI Hardware Product(s) (if any), and any Font Programs, bundled as a single commercial product and described in a Licensed System Appendix.
