Licensed Space definition

Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space on the premises approved by the department for the purpose of providing licensed child care.
Licensed Space means the specified Property Business space bearing space number admeasuring sqm. at Xxxxx xxxxxxx for commercial operations, handed over by Maha-Metro to the licensee under and in accordance with this License Agreement.
Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space approved by the Division as useable space where children may be present.

Examples of Licensed Space in a sentence

  • Licensee shall pay directly to the applicable Government Entity, or to Licensor if Licensor is invoiced by such Government Entity, if and when due, all taxes, fees, assessments or other charges assessed by such Government Entity against the Equipment or Licensee’s use of the Site or the Licensed Space.

  • Licensee shall remove all of its Equipment and other personal property from the Site prior to, and shall surrender the Licensed Space upon, the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

  • Licensee shall keep the Licensed Space, the Site and any interest it or Licensor has therein free from any liens arising from any work performed, materials furnished or obligations incurred by or at the request of Licensee, including any mortgages or other financing obligations, and shall discharge any such lien filed, in a manner satisfactory to Licensor, within thirty (30) days after Licensee receives written notice from any party that the lien has been filed.

  • Licensee shall, at Licensee’s sole expense, promptly repair any damage caused by such removal, reasonable wear and tear excepted, to the Site, to the Licensed Space or to the equipment of any third party on the Site.


More Definitions of Licensed Space

Licensed Space means the indoor and outdoor space approved by the department as useable space where children in care may be present, or space that is otherwise accessible to children.

Licensed Space means the Commercial spaces as scheduled in Annexure-I namely the Specified Area in Janpath Metro Station handed over by DMRC to the licensee under and in accordance with this License Agreement.
Licensed Space shall have the meaning set forth in Section ‎2.10.
