Licensed Software Documentation means the user manual and other written material relating to the Licensed Software that Maximizer makes available (directly or through its Certified Solution Providers) to users of that same Licensed Software. If You have licensed under this Agreement the Workflow Automation Server or Microsoft SQL Server, then the “Licensed Software Documentation” also includes the Workflow Automation Server documentation and/or Microsoft SQL Server documentation, respectively, that Maximizer makes available (directly or through its Certified Solution Providers) to users of that same Licensed Software by Maximizer.

Licensed Software Documentation means any and all end user documentation and technical documentation (e.g., source code documentation and other technical documentation) which (a) is Controlled by Licensor as of the Effective Date or subsequently becomes Controlled by Licensor after the Effective Date, and (b) was or has been used or held for use with the Licensed Software. Licensed Software Documentation includes, but is not limited to, the Software Documentation listed in Schedule E hereto.

Examples of Licensed Software Documentation in a sentence

  • The Licensed Software, Documentation, and Services provided by Tanium contain material that is protected by United States copyright, trade secret law, and other intellectual property law, and by international treaty provisions.

Related to Licensed Software Documentation

  • Software Documentation means software information, being technical information used, or useful in, or relating to the design, development, use or maintenance of any version of a software programme.

  • Computer software documentation means owner's manuals, user's manuals, installation instructions, operating instructions, and other similar items, regardless of storage medium, that explain the capabilities of the computer software or provide instructions for using the software.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Font Software means the software provided by Branding with Type which, when used on an appropriate Device or Devices, generates typeface and typographic designs and ornaments.   • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Technical Documentation means designs, reports, photographs, drawings, plans, specifications, computer software, surveys, calculations and other data, information and material collected, computed, drawn or produced, including computer print-outs.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

  • Product Documentation means the specific materials listed under “Product Documentation” at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx, as updated by Vocera from time to time.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).
