Licensed SDKs definition

Licensed SDKs means the software development kits specified in the Commercial Details, including any new versions, updates, patches, and upgrades. Such SDKs may include: (a) libraries (including any binary libraries); (b) documentation; (c) software; (d) sample code; and (e) other materials supplied by us to you in connection with any such libraries, Documentation and sample code.
Licensed SDKs means the Software Development Kit (“SDK”)(s) identified in Exhibit A attached hereto.
Licensed SDKs means as specified in Schedule 1.

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Licensed Property means the portion of the Software and the Documentation to which Customer has purchased a License as identified on an applicable Order. Licensed Property shall include any updates or upgrades to the Licensed Property that AvePoint may at its discretion deliver to Customer.
