Licensed Representative definition

Licensed Representative. (持牌代表) means an individual who is granted a licence under section 120 or 121 of this Ordinance;
Licensed Representative means a person who is licensed pursuant to NAC 616C.350 to 616C.377, inclusive.
Licensed Representative means an individual who is granted a licence under section 120 or 121 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance.
