Licensed Publication definition

Licensed Publication means the publication set out in the Term Sheet in the Agreed Format (or any edition of the publication in the Agreed Format which does not differ materially from the first edition of the publication) reproducing the whole or part of the Work or any of them. (For the purposes of assessing “material difference”, a publication will be materially different from the first edition where there is any more than a 20% change to the content of that publication. For the purposes of assessing percentage difference, the following changes are to be disregarded: changes to the format of the earlier edition including changes to the size, language, layout, font and/or index material of the earlier edition, the division of the earlier edition into a number of part works (provided that the content of the part works, when taken together, does not differ materially from the first edition of the publication prior to the division));
Licensed Publication means the publication set out in the Term Sheet in the Agreed Format reproducing the whole or part of the Work or any of them;
Licensed Publication means the Monograph in the form approved by DACS or Artist (as applicable) as set out in the Term Sheet;

Licensed Publication means one of the Offered Publications, (whether individual, forming part of a standard collection or forming part of a custom collection) which the Institution has selected for use under this Licence (whether individually or as part of a collection) and for which the Institution has placed an Order which has been accepted as confirmed by an Order Confirmation.
