Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor definition

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor means a counselor licensed by the board to practice professional counseling and the unsupervised diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders and conditions as defined in division (A) of section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or “LPCC” means a person licensed under this chapter to practice professional clinical counseling, as defined in Section 4999.20.
