Licensed Product definition

Licensed Product means a product, method or service in the Licensed Field of Use, the making, having made, using, importing or selling of which, absent this license, infringes, induces infringement, or contributes to infringement of a Licensed Patent.

Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

Licensed Product means any product or component (i) whose manufacture, use, sale, offer for sale or import is covered by any Valid Claim, or (ii) which is made using a Licensed Process or another Licensed Product.

Examples of Licensed Product in a sentence

• For the avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxxx may obtain one hundred percent (100%) of its requirements of Licensed Product or Licensed Compound API at any time during the Term from any such alternative source(s) of supply.

• Upon the expiration of the Royalty Term with respect to a Licensed Product in a given country, the license granted to Xxxxxxx under Section 5.1 with respect to such Licensed Product in such country will automatically become fully-paid up, royalty- free, perpetual and irrevocable.

• Such royalties will be paid on a Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product and country-by-country basis during the applicable Royalty Term for such Licensed Product in such country.
