Licensed Processes definition

Licensed Processes means processes which, in the course of being practiced, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Licensed Processes means processes which, in the course of being practiced would, in the absence of this Agreement, infringe one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
Licensed Processes means any process or method, which is covered, in whole, or in part, by a valid and unexpired claim contained in the Patent Rights in the country in which the process or method is used.

  • No multiple royalties shall be payable because any Licensed Products or Licensed Processes are covered by more than one of the Licensed Patent Rights.

Licensed Processes means any processes claimed in the Patent Rights.

Licensed Processes means all method or process that, in whole or in part: (a) the practice of which falls within the scope of a Valid Claim; or (b) which uses a Licensed Product.
Licensed Processes means any method, procedure, service, or process, the practice of which, in the absence of a license, would infringe, or contribute to infringement of, a Valid Claim of a Licensed Patent.
Licensed Processes means the Licenser's manufacturing processes and systems for producing and assembling the Equipment developed or acquired by the Licenser prior to the date of this agreement and any information either written or oral which could reasonably be construed as relating thereto.
