Licensed Process definition

Licensed Process means a method, procedure, process, or other subject matter whose practice or use is Covered By any claim or claims included within the Patent Rights or uses Technology Rights.
Licensed Process means any process that, absent the license granted hereunder, would infringe one or more claims of the PATENT RIGHTS or which uses a LICENSED PRODUCT.

  • GC21 CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE 21.1 The parties anticipate that it may be necessary to transfer to each other information relating to the Licensed Process, Patents, Trade-Mark, Know-How or other information relating to this Agreement, of a confidential nature.

Licensed Process means any process that would infringe any one of the issued, valid, enforceable, unexpired claim(s) or any one of the pending claim(s) contained in the Patent Rights in any country.
