Licensed premise definition

Licensed premise means property adjacent and contiguous to the licensed building and owned by the license holder or included in a lease agreement between the license holder and the property owner.
Licensed premise means such physical area within a Store as the Licensor shall designate from time to time in its sole, absolute, and unfettered discretion for the Licensee's Business, with respect to those Stores for which a Licence Schedule has been executed by the parties from time to time. For greater certainty "Licensed Premise" shall not include any Licensed Premise with respect to which the application of this Agreement has been terminated save and except as referred to in any Article 12.00 and any other provision of this Agreement expressed to survive the termination of this Agreement; and "Licensed Premises" shall mean more than one or all of the Licensed Premises collectively, as the case may be;
Licensed premise means any building, room, place, enclosure, or structure occupied by any person licensed to store, sell, serve or allow consumption of beer or liquor on such premises under this chapter; provided, that in any multi-roomed establishment, an applicant for a restaurant alcohol license for on-premise storage, sale, service, or consumption of beer or liquor shall designate a portion of the building for these uses, which portion so specifically designated in the application and in the license issued pursuant thereto shall be the licensed premises.

  • If anything pertaining to this Agreement and/or the use of a Licensed Premise by the Licensee causes the assessed value and/or realty taxes or other taxes payable, whether directly or indirectly, by the Licensor to increase, the Licensee shall forthwith reimburse the full amount of any increase in such realty or other taxes to the Licensor following receipt by the Licensee of a written demand therefor from the Licensor.

  • Licensee shall take good care of the Licensed Premise in using the Licensed Premise and shall not damage any furniture, fixtures or equipment of any person in the Licensed Premises.

  • The Licensee covenants and agrees to reimburse the Licensor for the cost of any physical construction, installations, and/or alterations to a Store and/or its service systems made by the Licensor in order to make the Utilities and rough-ins available at each Licensed Premise.

  • Licensee shall be responsible for the ordering of any separate telephone line needed in a Licensed Premise.

  • For greater certainty, the parties acknowledge and agree that the Licensee shall be solely responsible to procure and maintain at all times during the term of this Agreement or any renewal thereof, any and all permits and/or approvals of any governmental authority having jurisdiction with respect to the Licensed Premise required in order to occupy, undertake improvements, and operate its business therein, and the Licensor shall have no obligations in this regard whatsoever.

  • Licensee understands and agrees that Licensor must decontaminate the Licensed Premise prior to Licensee vacating same and therefore Licensee shall fully cooperate with Licensor in the aforementioned decontamination, which may include Licensee ceasing its operations and/or removing personal property prior to the expiration of the Term.

  • Licensee shall provide daily sales data for each Licensed Premise to Licensor's cash office.

  • At the end of each calendar month, Licensor shall compile the sales data so received by the Licensed Premise, calculate the appropriate License Fee due by Licensed Premise and the aggregate License Fee for all Licensed Premises due for the previous calendar month, and shall communicate such calculations to Licensee.

  • None License Fee: The License Fees for each Licensed Premise are the Market Rates as shown on Schedule A.

  • In addition to the foregoing and without in any way limiting same, any Sign displayed, installed, erected or affixed by the Licensee within or about a Licensed Premise shall be professionally prepared, type set and manufactured, and shall not include any hand written text, script, logos, and/or designs.

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
