Licensed Platform definition

Licensed Platform means system(s) or hardware platform(s) manufactured by Advantech regardless of the brand of the Licensed Platform, that Licensed Software Product is licensed to be used on or with.
Licensed Platform means the platform set forth in the Order (if applicable) on which the Licensed Products are to be installed;
Licensed Platform means the Kredit platform the Company provides access to Customer hereunder.

  • Following termination of this Platform License Agreement for any reason, Customer's right to use Licensed Platform Components shall terminate, and Customer shall remove any and all copies of Licensed Platform Components from its computer systems and, together with all associated documentation, and return them to CNP.

  • As part of Maintenance, CNP may issue modifications to Licensed Platform Components in the form of updates, enhancements or bug-fixes (the "New Versions").

More Definitions of Licensed Platform

Licensed Platform means any online digital service provider, website, platform, application or similar technology which is, at the time of a Live Streaming Performance, licensed by IMRO (or a third party on IMRO’s behalf) under a tariff for online exploitation of rights other than the Live Streaming Tariff.
Licensed Platform means software services, including the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) & Consolidation Analysis Assessments as a Service (“TCO Service”), made available to End User by Precision IT in accordance with any Subscription Agreement.
