Licensed Mxxx definition

Licensed Mxxx shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Paragraph 1.1(a) hereof.

Licensed Mxxx means the mxxx or marks listed on Schedule B hereto, which Licensed Mxxx is sub-licensed from Advisor to the Trust in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Licensed Mxxx has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7.

Examples of Licensed Mxxx in a sentence

• Licensor makes no representation or warranty to the Company with respect to Licensor’s right to use and/or license the Licensed Mxxx.

• The Company shall not have a right to sublicense the Licensed Mxxx except to a subsidiary and any sublicense shall terminate if such entity ceases to be a subsidiary of the Company.

• The Company acknowledges and agrees that Licensor is the owner of all right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Mxxx, and all such right, title, and interest shall remain with the Licensor.

• The Company shall not by any act or omission use the Licensed Mxxx in any manner that disparages or reflects adversely on Licensor or its business or reputation.

More Definitions of Licensed Mxxx

Licensed Mxxx means the stylized mxxx "H", as depicted in the USPTO Registration No. 5,283,875, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

Licensed Mxxx means any registered or unregistered trademark, brand or logo referenced in Attachment A.

Licensed Mxxx means a mxxx that LICENSOR has rights in and designates for marking on Licensed Products and all promotional materials (print and all forms of media).

Licensed Mxxx means, individually and collectively, the word mxxx THETIS and any variations thereto, including but not limited to the mxxx set forth in U.S. Application Serial Nos. 86202747.

Licensed Mxxx means the trade names, trademarks, domain names, logos and service marks set forth in Schedule I hereto.

Licensed Mxxx shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.14(b).

Licensed Mxxx means, collectively, the Primary Licensed Mxxx and the M&E Licensed Mxxx.
