Licensed Methods definition

Licensed Methods means any methods, procedures, processes, or other subject matter whose use or practice would constitute an infringement of Licensor’s patent rights but for the license granted to Licensee hereunder.
Licensed Methods means any invention, method, process, procedure or technology which is covered by and/or may be claimed in the Licensed Patent and any Improvement Patent.
Licensed Methods means any method, procedure, service or process the practice of which, in the absence of a license from YALE, would infringe a VALID CLAIM of a LICENSED PATENT.

More Definitions of Licensed Methods

Licensed Methods means any method claimed in Patent Rights (as defined below), the use of which would constitute, but for the license granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement, an infringement, an inducement to infringe or contributory infringement, of any pending or issued claim within Patent Rights.
Licensed Methods means any method, procedure, service or process the practice of which, in the absence of a license from YALE, would infringe a VALID CLAIM of a LICENSED PATENT or which uses a LICENSED PRODUCT.
Licensed Methods means any method, procedure or process whose use or practice is within the scope of any Valid Claim of any Licensed Patents including but not limited to any service or part of selling a service, licensing a method of use or other means of deriving commercial benefit from Licensed Products.
