Licensed Material definition

Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.
Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred or disposed of under a general or specific license issued by the Agency.
Licensed Material means the Licensed Software and the Licensed Documentation.

Examples of Licensed Material in a sentence

  • Destroy all copies of Licensed Material in Your possession, power or control.

  • Use the Licensed Material in a manner that is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.

  • Promptly inform the Library in writing if the Licensed Material is, or could reasonably be considered to be defamatory.

  • Requests for further rights in respect of Licensed Material (such as a right to publish, reproduce, broadcast or perform the Licensed Material) may be made to the Oral History and Folklore Branch <oralhist@nla.gov.au>.

Licensed Material means radioactive material received, possessed, used, transferred, or disposed under a general or specific license issued by the department.
Licensed Material means the Licensed Content (eg published articles) forming part of the content of the Licensed Titles and all Metadata relating to Licensed Titles and Licensed Content.
