Licensed Marks definition

Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees.

Licensed Marks means those MLS GRID and MLS trademarks, service marks, word marks, logos and distinctive marks of all other kinds, if any, set out in Exhibit A as Licensed Marks.

Licensed Marks shall include all marks listed on Appendix A attached hereto as the same may be amended, supplemented, modified, restated or replaced from time to time.

Examples of Licensed Marks in a sentence

• If at any time UL Solutions Contracting Party determines that the Client has used the Marks on, or in connection with, products that are not Declared Product(s), UL Solutions Contracting Party may notify Client in writing of the mislabeling or misuse of the Licensed Marks.

• Vendor and Participant via the Data Interface, subject to the MLS GRID Rules, and (ii) utilize the Licensed Marks for the sole purpose of identifying MLS GRID and MLS as the source of the MLS GRID Data, subject to compliance with written guidelines that MLS GRID may provide to Vendor and Participant from time to time and Vendor and Participant not asserting any ownership interests in, contesting the validity of, or taking any other action that jeopardizes or xxxxx the Licensed Marks.

• Client must correct the labeling or usage, or the Licensed Marks as requested by UL Solutions Contracting Party, and notify UL Solutions Contracting Party of the corrective actions it has taken within thirty (30) days of Client’s receipt of notice.

More Definitions of Licensed Marks

Licensed Marks means the trademarks and service marks referred to in the Recitals section of the Trademark License Agreement under whose terms this definition is being applied, and such other marks as may be adopted and established under said agreement from time to time.
