Licensed IPR definition

Licensed IPR means the Customer Licensed IPR or the Supplier Licensed IPR (as applicable);
Licensed IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights (other than Patents and Marks) owned or licensed by Coherent as of the Effective Date that are embodied by the Transferred Technology delivered under this Agreement and necessary to the manufacture, use and testing of the Transferred Lasers.
Licensed IPR means those Intellectual Property Rights embodied in, or necessary for the exercise of Licensee’s license under this Agreement of, the Licensed Technology arising under law or equity that as of July 15, 2015 are owned, licensed (with sublicense rights) or otherwise held by or for the Licensor.

Examples of Licensed IPR in a sentence

  • For the Term, the Licensor grants the Licensee a Licence to the Licensed IPR in accordance with item 5 of the Details Schedule and this Agreement.

  • The Licensor may assign or novate its rights to the Licensed IPR or this Agreement without further consent of the Licensee unless expressly prohibited under this Agreement.

  • This may be relevant as part of the Licensee Commercialising the Licensed IPR (if the Licensor's name will appear on Products).

  • At the election of the Licensor, appropriate and relevant representatives from each of the Licensee and the Licensor will, within 60 days of the end of each Financial Year, meet at the address of the Licensor set out in item 1 of the Details Schedule, or remotely if otherwise agreed by the parties, to review the progress of the Commercialisation of the Licensed IPR.

  • The Licensor may assign or novate its rights to the Licensed IPR or this Agreement without the Licensee's consent.


More Definitions of Licensed IPR

Licensed IPR means the IPR identified in item 4 of the Details Schedule. Material means the material identified in item 9 of the Details Schedule. Moral Rights has the same meaning as in Part IX of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), or in similar foreign legislation as applicable. Personnel means a party’s officers, employees and contractors and in the case of a university includes students. Personnel includes the personnel of a contractor. Product means:
Licensed IPR has the meaning given in paragraph 21.2 of Part 1 of Schedule 4;
Licensed IPR means the Battelle IPR and the LanzaTech IPR, each as defined in the License Agreement.
Licensed IPR means the Licensed Patents, the Other Licensed IPR, and Sellers' Intellectual Property Rights in the Licensed Infinistream Technology licensed under Section 3.1(c) hereof. STARBURST ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Licensed IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights (other than the Assigned IPR) used in or necessary for the operation of the Business.

Licensed IPR means all IPR comprised in or relating to the Technology, Documentation and KBI IP that is licensed to PMI under clause 3.1 including any Joint Improvement IPR and IPR in Improvements that become a part of the Licensed Rights pursuant to clause 21.
