Licensed health care personnel definition

Licensed health care personnel means those individuals who are licensed by the State to perform specified functions within a defined scope of practice. This includes but is not limited to the following classifications of personnel: Physician/Psychiatrist, Dentist, Pharmacist, Physician’s Assistant, Registered Nurse/Nurse Practitioner/Public Health Nurse, LicensedVocational Nurse, and Psychiatric Technician.
