Licensed Deliverables definition

Licensed Deliverables means any software, specifications, content, designs, developments, processes, know-how, or other materials included within the Deliverables in Exhibit A.

Licensed Deliverables means the Deliverables excluding the Assigned Deliverables, the Third-Party Materials and the Client Materials;

Licensed Deliverables means Deliverables specified by the parties to be licensed by Provider to Customer in accordance with Section 6, including any Third-Party Materials.

Examples of Licensed Deliverables in a sentence

• Upon delivery of the Deliverables to University, Contractor agrees that University shall have a license to use all Licensed Deliverables for the purpose of evaluating and testing the Deliverables.

• With the exception of the Licensed Deliverables, which shall be licensed to University as provided in Section 8.2, all Deliverables delivered to University hereunder shall become the sole and exclusive property of University, and Contractor hereby assigns all right, title and interest in such Deliverables to University upon delivery to University’s facilities.

• Upon Final Acceptance of the Deliverables by University, Contractor grants to University a license for all Licensed Deliverables on the terms set forth Section 8.2.

• Contractor represents that operation and use of the Equipment, the Deliverables and the Licensed Deliverables by University as contemplated by this Agreement will, to Contractor’s knowledge, not infringe the patent, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

• Provider hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, perpetual right and license (with right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to make, have made, sell, use, import, export, execute, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, publicly perform, prepare derivative works of, and disclose Licensed Deliverables.

More Definitions of Licensed Deliverables

Licensed Deliverables means any and all of the following:

Licensed Deliverables any combination of the Licensed Digital IP Block, Digital IP Block Deliverables, Licensed Software, Software Deliverables, Distributable Software, Processor Interface Specification and Documentation, including any Updates and Upgrades thereto, that are required to be delivered by Company pursuant to this SOW.

Licensed Deliverables means the Deliverables excluding the Assigned Deliverables, the Third Party Materials and the Client Materials;

Licensed Deliverables means the data and information provided by DHI to the Customer through the DHI Marine Animal Movement Portal.

Licensed Deliverables mean the Licensed Software and the Documents, collectively.

Licensed Deliverables means an original or at least one complete copy of all tangible embodiments, in whatever form or medium, related to the Hemiwedge Products associated with the Licensed Hemiwedge Intellectual Property as same is applicable to one or more of the Combined Fields of Use, including prototypes, works in progress, data, components, engineering plans, algorithms, drawings, calculations, formulas, and programming for machining, and further including and all chemical injection valves, tools, and actuation devices related to subsea valves.

Licensed Deliverables means the Licensed Software, Development Tools, Intel Unique Technology, Technical Documentation, End User Documentation and all other deliverables set forth in Exhibit B that Enlighten develops, delivers and licenses to Intel under this Agreement for the fees paid in accordance with Exhibit C.
