Licensed Databases definition

Licensed Databases means the Parent Databases used in the SpinCo Business. For the avoidance of doubt, “Licensed Databases” shall not include any Third Party Commercial Databases.
Licensed Databases means the databases to which you subscribe as indicated in Annex B of the Agreement. License Fees means the fixed net fees payable for accessing the Licensed Databases as detailed in Annex A. SIB means the SIB Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics.
Licensed Databases has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(a).

Licensed Databases means the Territory Databases and the LOOKSMART Databases collectively.

Related to Licensed Databases

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Development Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation (including raw data) compiled, developed or generated with respect to the Compound or Product.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

For the avoidance of doubt, Licensed Know-How excludes any Know-How related to ritonavir that has been (either as of the Effective Date or at any time during the term of this Agreement) in-licensed by Pfizer from any Third Party.

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Licensed Products means tangible materials which, in the course of manufacture, use, sale, or importation, would be within the scope of one or more claims of the Licensed Patent Rights that have not been held unpatentable, invalid or unenforceable by an unappealed or unappealable judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
