Licensed Crystal Reports definition

Licensed Crystal Reports means a restricted (as set forth herein below) version of the Crystal Reports software product, in object code or executable form only, and the associated user documentation, and all Updates thereto provided by IMG. The functionality of this restricted version is limited to operation with the product with which it is distributed, i.e., the data access and report functionality is limited to accessing data from the product with which it is distributed, and is limited to generating reports using these data.

Examples of Licensed Crystal Reports in a sentence

  • VERITAS shall be entitled to distribute Licensed Crystal Reports directly to End Users and/or through Distributors, in its discretion.

  • VERITAS shall be entitled to retain, and to continue to reproduce, use, and modify, all user documentation, technical documentation, and other materials in its possession pertaining to Licensed Crystal Reports, in support of the license granted to VERITAS in this Section 5.

  • VERITAS shall either (i) distribute with each copy of Licensed Crystal Reports distributed by VERITAS or its Distributors a registration card specified by IMG, or (ii) to the extent this information is available to VERITAS, VERITAS shall provide a report to IMG each month of all End Users who have received copies of Licensed Crystal Reports distributed by VERITAS or its Distributors.

  • This license grant includes, without limitation, a license under all current and future patents owned by or licensed to IMG which pertain to Licensed Crystal Reports, to the extent necessary to exercise any of the 9 <PAGE> foregoing rights.

  • Licensed Crystal Reports is licensed to VERITAS pursuant to Section 5.1 above "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY, AND IMG DISCLAIMS 10 <PAGE> ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • VERITAS will use the same End User license agreement for Licensed Crystal Reports as VERITAS then uses for the Transferred Product with which it is bundled or in which it is incorporated, provided that VERITAS will use reasonable efforts to include provisions similar, as to protection of Seagate's interests, to Sections 2, 3, and 7 of Exhibit C.

  • SOS Reports means the official reports from the Secretaries of State of each Collateral State, the state where Borrower’s chief executive office is located, the state of Borrower’s formation and other applicable federal, state or local government offices identifying all current security interests filed in the Collateral and Liens of record as of the date of such report.

  • Research record means any data, document, computer file, computer diskette, or any other written or non-written account or object that reasonably may be expected to provide evidence or information regarding the proposed, conducted, or reported research that constitutes the subject of an allegation of research misconduct. A research record includes, but is not limited to, grant or contract applications, whether funded or unfunded; grant or contract progress and other reports; laboratory notebooks; notes; correspondence; videos; photographs; X-ray film; slides; biological materials; computer files and printouts; manuscripts and publications; equipment use logs; laboratory procurement records; animal facility records; human and animal subject protocols; consent forms; medical charts; and patient research files.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan (including any REO Mortgage Loan) and for any Distribution Date, the amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • CREFC® Intellectual Property Royalty License Fee Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, a rate equal to 0.0005% per annum.

  • Progress Reports The Progress Reports as required by the individual Task Work Orders issued pursuant to this Agreement. Responsible: Responsible or Responsibility means the financial ability, legal capacity, integrity and past performance of Contractor and as such terms have been interpreted relative to public procurements. See NYS Finance Law § 163(1)(c).

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.

  • Development Report means a written account of Licensee’s progress under the Development Plan having at least the information specified on Appendix B to this Agreement, and shall be sent to the address specified on Appendix B.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, or other filings made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to develop, manufacture, market, sell or otherwise commercialize a product in a particular country or regulatory jurisdiction. Regulatory Materials include INDs, XXXx and NDAs (as applications, but not the approvals with respect thereto).

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Royalty Report shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Engineering Reports has the meaning assigned such term in Section 2.07(c)(i).

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Due Diligence Materials means the information to be provided by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof.

  • Technical Information means technical data or computer software, as those terms are defined in the clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, Rights in Technical Data-Noncommercial Items, regardless of whether or not the clause is incorporated in this solicitation or contract. Examples of technical information include research and engineering data, engineering drawings, and associated lists, specifications, standards, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, technical orders, catalog-item identifications, data sets, studies and analyses and related information, and computer software executable code and source code.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Collateral Reports means the reports with respect to the Collateral referred to in Annex F.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.
