Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst definition

Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst means a person who holds current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, who is licensed as an assistant behavior analyst by the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department of Health and Human Services and who provides behavioral therapy under the supervision of a licensed behavior analyst or psychologist.

Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization, who is licensed as an Assistant Behavior Analyst by the Board of Psychological Examiners and who provides Behavioral Therapy under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst or psychologist.

Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst means an individual

Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst or “LABA” means a person who has met the licensing requirements for an assistant behavior analyst as defined in 18VAC85-150-10 et seq. and holds a valid license issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
