If the License is cancelled by the City, Grantee shall not be entitled to a refund of the paid annual consideration for the months remaining in the License year (the twelve month period beginning on the effective date of this License).
On or before January 30 of each Renewal License year commencing on or before January 30, 1999, the Town shall submit to the Licensee a written report showing actual disbursements made of the funds Licensee gives the Town pursuant to this Article 5 for annual support for PEG Access or for PEG Access facilities funding and a detailed statement explaining the allocation of funds, the access needs, interests and operations of the various entities using the PEG Access facilities.
In the event that the County elects to use any part of the Licensed property, this License shall terminate as to the property so designated by the Licensor commencing at the end of the License year at the property as aforesaid.
In case Licensee is still in default and total penalty payable (including that is already paid) for any License year increases above Rs. 15,000/- then this agreement may be terminated by MIL.
License year means: period beginning July first and ending June thirtieth.
